Thanks for the detailed proposal to whitelist Union’s deployer address for CosmWasm uploads on Babylon Genesis. The RBAC approach, 2-of-3 multisig, and audits from Informal Systems and Spearbit are solid security measures. The [TBD after mainnet] address needs clarification before voting, but overall, the plan aligns with best practices and supports efficient bridge deployment. Looking forward to community feedback!

Given the immense contribution of Union to Babylon. It’s no doubt union deployer address deserves to be Whitelisted to ensure seamless bridging and route swaps for gas into Tower.

Hence enabling Union to efficiently manage their bridge contract.

I think the proposal should be passed.
